Prelim and evaluation

i believe i was good at coming up with such a creative story line even though our group had one setting and object to work with which didn't necessarily fit in with each other.
i believe my acting skills were not very strong as i could of put more effort into the acting and had more practice.
i believe getting a number of different scenes for the prelim was very successful due to the amount of shots we managed to capture and how well they fit in together which created a flow and rhythm within the film.
i think the editing of the prelim was not very successful due to the fact the final film lacked a sense of professionalism. Also the final film had a number of faults such as the timing of the change of scenes and how the film did not consist of any music or sound effects.
if i was to do this again, i would of recommended a much more experienced and confident actor to take part in the acting and i would also choose to come up with a much more unique and entertaining story line.
i have learnt that having a number of different shots and following a detailed shot list is crucial to an opening to any film due to the fact the opening scene of a film helps inform the audience on the concept of the film and what to expect from the rest of the film.
